Behaviour modelling : a contribution to CIM
نویسندگان
چکیده
From an informational management point of view, a class schema is a static representation in so far as it doesn’t model behaviour of managed system elements. Our approach aims at selecting works achieved by the Software Engineering domain (OMG/UML) so as to reach universal understanding : concretely, we defined an UML profile for CIM class modelling and we have used the OMG/UML Statechart diagram for modelling behaviour and generate code. We also design an active CIM_Dependency pattern, which simply describes behavior between managed elements of different classes such as executing actions from event occurrence. We give an overview of mechanisms in order to support and deal with these behaviour descriptions in a distributed management environment. We conclude on the benefits of modelling behaviour, which result from our experimentations with our CORBA-based management platform-called Cameleon.

Enhancing CIMOSA with Exception Handling
CIMOSA (Open System Architecture for CIM) [2], an architecture for the modelling of manufacturing applications, does not provide a facility for exception definition and handling. Exceptions, traditionally associated to programming language and operating systems, are necessary in all types of languages, including specification languages. Our contribution consists of the enhancement of the CIMOSA...
متن کاملModelling of Stress-Strain Behaviour of Clayey Soils Using Artificial Neural Network
In this research, behaviour of clayey soils under triaxial loading is studied using Neural Network. The models have been prepared to predict the stress-strain behaviour of remolded clays under undrained condition. The advantage of the model developed is that simple parameters such as physical characteristics of soils like water content, fine content, Atterberg limits and so on, are used to mode...

متن کاملThe freedom to explore: examining the influence of independent mobility on weekday, weekend and after-school physical activity behaviour in children living in urban and inner-suburban neighbourhoods of varying socioeconomic status
BACKGROUND Children's independent mobility (CIM) is critical to healthy development in childhood. The physical layout and social characteristics of neighbourhoods can impact opportunities for CIM. While global evidence is mounting on CIM, to the authors' knowledge, Canadian data on CIM and related health outcomes (i.e., physical activity (PA) behaviour) are missing. The purpose of this study wa...
متن کاملDistinct element modelling of the mechanical behaviour of intact rocks using voronoi tessellation model
This paper aims to study the mechanical behaviour and failure mechanism of intact rocks under different loading conditions using the grain based model implemented in the universal distinct element code (UDEC). The grain based numerical model is a powerful tool to investigate complicated micro-structural mechanical behaviour of rocks. In the UDEC grain based model, the intact material is simulat...
